Refund policy

Stuff happens but don't worry we'll make it right.

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds 

To request a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged item. We will notify you once the refund is or is not approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
