You know those apples that have been on the counter for awhile? The "not so crisp" ones?

Don't throw them out! Mandy came up with this super simple and crazy tasty way to sweeten 'em up and use 'em up.

It's a favourite with pork chops or even with pancakes!

A very simple Apple Sauce sweetened and spiced up with Sun River Honey Cinnamon Honey.

Ingredients

Apples (1 per serving)
1 Tbsp Cinnamon Infused Sun River Honey per apple (or more…more is always better.)

Directions

Chop and core the apples.
Peel apples if you'd prefer.
Boil apples until fork tender.
Add apples and Cinnamon honey to a food processor.
Process until the desired consistency is achieved.
Enjoy over pancakes, with porkchops or just on it's own for a healthy sweet treat!
