Shipping Costs

We are excited to offer free standard shipping for all orders weighing less than 59kg within Canada (*with the exception of Lytton, BC at the moment).
*Our couriers are unable to provide our usual freight rates to Lytton, BC at the moment. Our suggestion is if you have a family member or friend in a neighboring community we can try them. Otherwise, we can still ship to Lytton, it will just incur a modest shipping fee. We hope that soon we will be able to offer free shipping to Lytton again. If your order is placed from Lytton, BC we will contact you directly to make arrangements as needed.

Shipping options and/or charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Singe Energy Gels ship independent from the rest of your order. They do not have tracking numbers, so we ask for your patience while you wait for it to arrive. 

Gift Notes

Unfortunately we can't include gift notes in our parcels anymore. We used to be able to do this but awhile ago we had to decide between getting parcels shipped to our customers as quickly as possible, or making customizations (including gift notes) to individual orders.

By FAR, our customers wanted the fastest shipping possible, so as a result our fulfillment process no longer allows adding any customizations inside of parcels, this includes gift notes unfortunately. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

We had to choose between fast or customizations and in today's world, 99.9% of our customers prefer fast. So we are fast...we are very fast. :)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if applicable. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your region and shipping method selected, your order may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
