Mom started doing this one, and I tell you it tastes like key lime pie. Eaten cold from the fridge, lime honey overnight oatmeal is an easy morning meal with rolled oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, fruit, and a touch of lime honey.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup 0% fat unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons Lime infused Sun River Honey
- 1/4 cup fresh fruit, such as blueberries, strawberries, grapes, or bananas
Directions
- In a small jar, stir the skim milk, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and Lime infused Sun River Honey together.
- Cover and place the jar in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Overnight is best.
- Remove from the fridge, top with your favourite fruit, and enjoy.
