Lime Honey Watermelon Popsicles

Shannon's watermelon-lime popsicles are blended with watermelon, fresh lime, Lime Sun River Honey, and a kiwi slice in each mold. They are easy to prep, then the freezer does the rest.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped watermelon
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Sun River Honey
  • 1 kiwi, sliced

Directions

  1. Chop the watermelon into cubes and place it in a blender.
  2. Juice the lime into the blender.
  3. Add the Lime Sun River Honey.
  4. Blend until mixed.
  5. Add a kiwi slice to each popsicle mold.
  6. Pour the watermelon mixture into the molds over the kiwi.
  7. Freeze for a few hours, or until solid.
  8. Serve frozen.

Recipe Notes

Freezer time is passive and is not included in the active prep time.
