Turmeric Ginger Sun River Honey on baked salmon with mashed potatoes and green beans

Turmeric Ginger Honey Glazed Salmon Bake

Pin

Sara pairs Turmeric Ginger Honey with frozen salmon fillets for a simple supper. The honey melts over the hot salmon near the end of baking and becomes a quick glaze for the fish and side dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen salmon fillets
  • 2 tsp Sun River Honey Turmeric Ginger Honey

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place the frozen salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish and cover with foil.
  3. Bake for 18 minutes on the middle rack of the oven.
  4. Remove the foil, baste each salmon fillet with 1 tsp Turmeric Ginger Honey, and return the salmon to the oven uncovered for about 30 seconds, just long enough for the honey to melt.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven and baste the salmon once more with the Turmeric Ginger Honey juices from the pan.
  6. Drizzle the pan juices over each salmon fillet and any side dishes.
  7. Serve immediately with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, or Turmeric Ginger glazed acorn squash.

Recipe Notes

Cook time can vary slightly depending on fillet thickness and your oven.

This sounds delicious. Must try it. I mixed the turmeric ginger honey with a bit of soy sauce and put it on some chicken nuggets and it was delicious. Going to try it with chicken breasts
