A quick bowl of oatmeal stirred with Cinnamon Sun River Honey and finished with fruit and milk. It is a simple warm breakfast when you want the honey mixed right into the cereal.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup large flake oats
- 2/3 cup water
- Dash of salt, optional
- 2 tsp Cinnamon Infused Sun River Honey
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup fruit, such as grapes, sliced banana, or blueberries
Directions
- Combine the water, salt if using, and oats in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- About 10 seconds before the time is up, add the Cinnamon Honey. Stir it into the oatmeal and return the bowl to the microwave for the last few seconds.
- Remove from the microwave and top with fruit and milk.
- Serve warm.
