This is one of our summertime favourites around the campfire. We bring the bannock dough out in a zip-top bag, fry torn pieces in butter over the coals, then drizzle the warm bannock with whichever Sun River Honey infusion everyone wants to try.

I’m not sure about frying in butter. The honey you sell is great as I have ordered from you, and can be used in place of sweetness or drizzled on top. That is too dark and should be way fluffier. Use milk (even lactose free) instead of water and one egg per 3 cups. I make and sell bannock all the time
Now this sounds absolutely delicious: I definitely will try it with some of my honey I still have from my last order.
