Baked Brie with honey has always been a favourite in our house. Perfect as an appetizer or as a savory/sweet treat served with crackers, apple wedges or toasted French bread. Try this Infused Honey Baked Brie recipe made with our Infused Sun River Honey. You won't be disappointed and neither will your guests!

Tip: Our favourite is Chipotle infused Sun River Honey, but for a whole new taste experience mix it up and top your Baked Brie with one of our other Sun River Honey infused honeys. Choose from: Lemon, Lime, Lemon Ginger, Cinnamon, Ginger, Turmeric Ginger or Chipotle.

For a more traditional honey taste try melting our Natural Sun River Honey over top of your baked brie and top with a handful of slices toasted almonds and dried cranberries.

Baked brie is elevated to a new level when it's combined with Infused Sun River Honey!

Ingredients

1 wheel of brie cheese
2-4 tsp Infused Sun River Honey depending on the size of the brie wheel
Assorted crackers, apple wedges or French Bread

Directions

Place your wheel of brie on a microwave safe plate and heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes depending on the size of the wheel.
Remove from the microwave and top with the Infused Sun River Honey allowing the honey to melt over the top of the cheese.
Serve with crackers, apple wedges or toasted French bread.
